Important Information About Tier Limits and Features

We want to provide clarity on the features and limits of our Data Platform to ensure that your experience with our platform is fully transparent.

  1. Count of Integrations (Core and Pro): The number of integrations stated is inclusive. For example, if your plan mentions "Up to 10 Core integrations," this means you can connect up to 10 same or different systems within the given scope of your license. Additional integrations may require an extended license or an upgrade.
  2. Third-Party Costs: Please note that any third-party costs related to integrations or other services are not covered under our subscription fees. If applicable, these costs will need to be handled independently by your organization.
  3. "Unlimited" Feature Limitations: While we use the term "Unlimited" for certain features such as dashboards, users, projects, and integrations, we want to clarify the realistic usage boundaries:
    • Dashboards: A practical limit of 500 active dashboards per space.

    • Users: A practical maximum of 1,000 users per space.

    • Projects: Up to 250 active projects.

    • Integrations: "Unlimited" refers to potential scalability, but we recommend discussing with our sales team if you plan on exceeding 50 integrations to ensure performance and feasibility.
  4. Historical Data Storage: Data storage is not completely unlimited. The limits mentioned (e.g., 24 or 60 months) reflect the standard offering for each plan. For plans marked as "Unlimited historical data," we recommend managing storage carefully. Once data storage reaches the respective threshold of yout Tier, it may be necessary to either clear up older, non-critical data or discuss storage extension options with our sales team.
  5. Reaching Hard Limits: If any of the above limits are reached—whether it’s the number of integrations, the amount of stored data, or other feature thresholds—you will have two options:
    • Clear Up Resources: Remove inactive dashboards, unused integrations, or outdated data to free up space.

    • Extend License: Contact our sales team to extend your current plan to fit your expanded needs.
